BJ Hardman
Chief Coach and CEO
BJ Hardman is CEO of PointStar Consulting Group, Inc. Hardman
is an experienced general and financial manager and has been advising
boards and executives of major clients since 1988. She is a frequent
speaker on strategy and change management at industry conferences
and events.
Ms. Hardman is a co-founder of PointStar. She held executive
positions with Johnson & Johnson, Record Factory, and Argonaut
Group. She has also been a Director in KPMG’s management
consulting practice. As a consultant, she has worked with a wide
array of clients as they sought to realign their businesses, develop
successful growth strategies, build teams, evaluate acquisitions
or problem units, and integrate new technologies or behaviors
in their organizations.
Hardman is a frequent industry speaker (Connecting to the Customer,

Hardman received a Master of Science degree in Business Management
from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University where
she was a Sloan Fellow, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Finance from California State University, San Jose.
