Assisted a European company as it assessed a recently acquired U.S. subsidiary. Developed new strategic focus for the company, facilitated change management and team-building programs, counseled executives as they struggled to adapt to new demands, proposed and helped implement new line-staff relationships that would improve organizational effectiveness and reduce in-fighting

Advised the Board of a health insurer as they assessed a major acquisition. Work included designing and leading the due diligence process, looking at the strategic and cultural fit between the companies, and providing financial models and analysis that enabled them to determine how much the proposed acquisition would be worth to them

Assisted a foreign company in its post-merger integration of a large, U.S. acquisition

Worked on the acquisition by a global American insurer of a large British life company including designing and leading the due diligence and post-merger integration process as well as advising the principals throughout the negotiation process

Assisted an investor in the due diligence associated with the proposed acquisition of a troubled regional life insurer

For a publicly held company, advised the Board as they evaluated strategic options including status quo, selling the company or bringing in a new, majority investor
