John B. Bohle
Principal
John Bohle is an executive with extensive experience in managing
and executing senior-level searches and Management Audits. He
has extensive experience and insight in the areas of consumer
products, industrial/energy equipment, aerospace and high tech. After serving as a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International,
John joined Ray & Berndtson (R & B) in 1975 and rose to become
a Partner and Director where he was responsible for over 400 senior-level
searches. He was also a team leader for R & B’s Management Audit
practice, leading audits for a variety of well-known clients. John was a Director for Intellysis Group Inc., a privately held
$40 million audio/ video systems integrator. Since 1992, he has
been a member of the Board of Directors of Aztar Corporation,
an $850 million NYSE company. He is presently Chairman of the
Nominating Committee and a member of the Finance and Audit Committees. John is active in his community. For the past 6 years, he has
served as a Director for Friends 0f Golf (FOG), which supports
junior golf for numerous colleges and 200 high schools in Southern
California, for the past six years. He is also Chairman of FOG's
Logistics Committee. John received his B.S.M.E. degree from the University of California
at Berkeley. In November 2002, he completed a program at the Harvard
University School of Business entitled "Audit Committees in a
New Era of Governance" for Corporate Directors.
