PointStar and its associates will
conduct the study pursuant to a Confidentiality Agreement that
assures that only PointStar will see each participating company’s
data. Company-specific information will not be shared with any
other participant.
Only aggregated data (quartile analyses of performance, for example)
will be shared with participants. PointStar will not share any
company-specific information with other participants or any other
entities unless legally compelled to do so. |
